The Fast Track POS+QRCode column must be positioned near the area with restricted access.
To verify that users have the right of access, in the restricted area, they will have to place their credit card on the appropriate reader, positioned on the top of the column and identified with the “Contactless” symbol or, in the case of a QRCode, place the latter on the appropriate reader.
If the credit card or the QRcode is among those enabled for passage, the LED positioned on the perimeter of the upper part of the post lights up GREEN and, if configured, emits a jingle.
If the credit card or the user’s QRcode is not among those enabled, the LED positioned on the perimeter of the upper part of the column lights up RED.
The configuration of the enabled lists (BIN Credit Cards and QRCode list) is performed on the appropriate cloud platform which also allows you to monitor the structure remotely. The platform guarantees secure access thanks to the login with double-factor authentication.
The platform allows you to modify and monitor every aspect of the column, from the color of the LED in the case of authorized users, non-authorisation and the color in stand-by status (waiting for scanning), up to monitoring accesses in real time.
The POS+QRCode Fast Track column was designed to guarantee access to restricted areas, by checking credit cards (1) and QRCodes (2), in full compliance with EU GDPR regulations.
(1) The check takes place through the contactless scanning of the physical or virtual credit card (inside smartphones and smart-watches) through a specific reader. Scanning makes it possible to identify the first 6/8 BIN digits (which correspond to the first 6 or 8 digits of the credit card), which simply define the credit card circuit and type, and do not report any personal or expense data customer. Furthermore, the scan has the sole purpose of identifying the type of card and verifying that this is one of those enabled, it does not generate any expense for the customer. The list of authorized credit cards is managed remotely on a secure cloud platform and can be updated according to the needs of the brand or the location that owns the Fast Track POS+QRCode.
(2) The POS+QRCode Fast Track structure allows you to determine who is authorized to access restricted areas, by scanning proprietary QRCodes. All in full compliance with the most stringent EU GDPR regulations. The QRCode list is generated by the cloud platform to which the brand has access and with which the Fast Track POS+QRCode hardware is in contact. QRCodes can be shared via the cloud platform, via email or integrated within the specific app, which is also coupled to the excellent platform for managing guests sent to private corporate events.
