Product Marketing Consultant

Competenze

Maximum working experience 6 years inside business company as product manager.
Competitive Mind in behalf of Brand Management, and as part of the worldwide marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Consultant that will support the Europe Product Marketing Director in delivering go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials in support of global and regional priorities meeting business objectives and revenue targets.
The Product Marketing Consultant will especially be responsible for the development and execution of internal and business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2B2C) communications plans and according materials and deploy them through various communication channels. The Marketing Consultant will report to the Europe Product Marketing Director based in Frankfurt and will partner with various internal and external stakeholders, like sales and product teams, communications, agencies etc. and will be accountable for delivering against a prioritized list of projects and opportunities.

Educations Experience/Knowledge

  • 4- 5 years marketing / communications experience, practice in B2B communications or working with high-class sales organizations preferred.
  • Proven skills in developing and implementing marketing communication plans
  • Substantial planning & execution experience with detailed attention to targets, quality, time and budget
  • Superb project management skills, highly organized
  • Ability to successfully interact with multiple functions and partner efficiently with product, marketing and sales teams in various markets
  • Experience managing agencies in design, production and execution
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM, user-centered design, and the creative process
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing and editing persuasive, high-level B2B communications
  • Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish strong relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), including experience delivering business presentations and management reports
  • Negotiation, influencing and sales skills
  • Familiarity with communications design, copy-writing and production
  • Well-developed general analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task, proven success in fast and self-paced environment
  • Solution and detail oriented
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written skills)

Mansioni

Major Responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver product marketing & communications plans in support of global and regional priorities for key product initiatives that will meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate project roll-out ensuring all requirements and deliverables are met on time.
  • Deliver integrated internal / B2B / B2B2C positioning and sales enablement materials to maximize sales effectiveness, targeted across relevant stakeholders (internal: e.g. sales & product, or external: e.g. issuers, merchants).
  • Develop sales enablement materials to maximize sales effectiveness, targeted across relevant stakeholders (internal: e.g. sales & product, or external: e.g. issuers, merchants).
  • Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into cohesive, compelling information and communication. Obtains content and legal approval from different stakeholders.
  • Hands-on content and project management to drive adoption and usage.
  • Manage agency and internal departments that contribute to the development of a variety of internal and external materials and communications – and their deployment. These include sales enablement materials, emails, videos, digital platforms, etc. to inform Sales and ultimately customers about products and services.
  • Manage agencies and coordinate project roll-out ensuring all requirements and deliverables are met on time and to budget.
  • Set-up and manage information and motivation programs to promote and enhance capabilities internally and externally.
  • Leads efforts to make sales materials available through internal platforms, like the Product & Sales Center, Digital Sales Aid or Global Marketing Center.
  • Guides data collection and analysis on market and product opportunities, provides insights into customer / sales needs. Continuously increases campaign effectiveness by tracking campaign results / feedback.
  • Manage creation and production of documents from end to end, in close cooperation with agencies and content partners, as well as sales, sales excellence, or legal departments as sounding boards and approving bodies.
  • Monitors Product Marketing budget to ensure that all campaigns, programs, and activities are within allocated budget.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are integrated and optimized within all product marketing deliverables.

Synthesizes feedback from multiple stakeholders into cohesive, compelling communications. Obtain content and legal approval from different stakeholders.

  • Share and collect best practice globally.
  • Provide guidance to local markets with regards to individual opportunities and launch plans.
